At Theo & Hide, each piece is crafted with intention and made to be lived with over time. If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Due to the nature of our materials and made-to-order process, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Natural variations in leather are part of its character — a reminder that no two pieces are ever the same.
How do I know what size to order?

Each Theo & Hide piece is designed around standard notebook sizes. We recommend choosing your cover based on the notebook you already use — whether that’s A5 (The Anchor), Traveller’s (The Wayfarer), A6 (The Companion), or Passport. If you’re unsure, refer to our size guide or reach out — we’re always here to help you find the right fit.
What leather do you use?

We use full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather — chosen for its strength, character, and ability to age beautifully over time. Sourced through trusted partners, each hide carries natural markings that make every piece uniquely yours. It’s leather that tells a story, and only gets better with use.
Are any purchases final sale?

All Theo & Hide pieces are considered final sale. Each item is made with intention, often to order, and crafted from natural materials that carry their own unique character. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your piece arrives with a fault or damage, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll take care of it.
When will I get my order?

Each Theo & Hide piece is made with care, not haste. Orders are typically crafted and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location, but you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your piece is on its way. Good things take time — and this is one of them.
Where are your products manufactured?

All Theo & Hide pieces are handcrafted in Victoria Australia. Each item is made in small batches using carefully sourced materials, including full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather. We prioritise quality, intention, and craftsmanship — creating pieces designed to age beautifully over time.
